I am Ro I born in a Mexican family my gran teacher of this art, my grandmother , all her life cooking with her heart and soul .Usually used to said  that is the secret of cook. In all Mexico we have the beneficiary of abundant microclimates and fantastic biodiversity. Many dishes rely on local varieties of corn, chilies, herbs, and greens found only in a particular region. And these dishes have persevered through the years .  I like to share with people all this passion I have for the Oaxaca food . Will be a pleasure have you in the class.
